Funds deposited into your Pokok account are held for gaming purposes only. Pokok is not a financial institution and your Pokok balance does not earn interest. Deposited funds that remain unused for an extended period may be subject to account inactivity provisions as described in Section 9 of these Terms.
You may request a withdrawal of your available Pokok balance at any time, subject to the conditions set out in these Terms. Accounts that have had no login activity for 12 consecutive months are considered inactive. Pokok will attempt to contact you before applying any inactivity provisions.
